We generally throw away the potato peels but there is an easy and quick recipe to make potato peels into crispy potato wafers. This Crispy Potato Skins wafers recipe uses minimal ingredients like salt, whole wheat flour or all purpose flour and poppy seeds, also known as Khus Khus in some regions. After peeling the skins off the potatoes, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water out and chops them finely so that they look like thin threads. Then sprinkle them with salt, flour and poppy seeds. Mix well but gently so that you do not break them. And then deep fry or fry them using Air fryer or simply bake them in the oven. And Potato Crisps are ready to eat. You can eat Potato skins Crisps by themselves a snack or serve it with drinks. You can also eat it with regular Dal and chawal (Lentil curry and rice). You can also use them as a garnish on various vegetable dishes or meat dishes.
