Blessings of the Energy Centers 8 is liken to the first real cruise down the highway after learning to drive. Now that we have it down we will be deepening the grooves of syntropy, harmonizing, and creating coherence that is becoming easier and more natural.

Do you remember how you heard about Dr Joe? What was your first meditation experience like? Would love to read your experiences!

I personally started with What the Bleep a super long time ago, (2009). After that I am bummed to admit I forgot all about it. When Rewired came out on Gaia the ad popped up and I immediately subscribed to see it. "Where has this information been hiding my whole life?!", I thought. The black and white undeniable science and physiology made so much sense, it was astounding that it took this long to come to light. Seeing so many people attending the retreats, each one bigger than the last, brought so much joy to my heart. Joy that I had missed and wondered if I would ever feel again after the last few exceptionally painful years. Haven't looked back... only forward. Not gonna lie tho, this has been work, I only wish I had learned of this sooner! Thank you for taking this journey, I do have faith that we will grow and tip the scales to the right vibration and rescue ourselves, our planet, and the future for all in the nick of time. Love Must Win!
