Some customers want to make deep engraving with fiber laser 300x300mm working area. When we told him: no, you cannot. They may don't understand. So today we make a test video for those customers:

1. Same machine 50w with JPT LP series laser source
2. Same parameters setting
3. Same material stainless steel
4. Only change lens

We totally tested 5 different lenses from 100mm, 175mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm. This time we only check by our eyes, you can see the laser beam power. When we use 300x300mm lens, the laser beam power is weak. Although we can see the laser, it cannot burn the surface even with 100% power, we only can see the white color on stainless steel.

From the video, we also can see the different lenses, different focal lengths. The bigger lens with the long focal length, that is why laser beam power will become weak.
