Sharing our pleasant visit to New Zealand's oldest botanical garden. Established in 1863, the Dunedin Botanic Garden is nestled in the Dunedin North suburb on the South Island, spanning 33 hectares and set against a backdrop of varied elevations, ranging from 25 to 85 meters above sea level.

The Dunedin Botanic Garden is home to a diverse array of plant and bird collections, including those in the Alpine House, Arboretum, Winter Garden Glasshouse, Aviary, Herb Garden, and Rock Garden.
