I usually just use store bought fondants, but has always been curious as to how they are made. I was really surprised how easy it is to make your own. Not to mention, using a stove when most recipes calls for a microwave! Although microwave will be handy next time I make another batch :)

I must say, homemade marshmallow fondant is the tastiest!!!

3 cups mini marshmallows
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp water
