Hey, guys lepedaler explaining why I won't be ever buying a GIANT TCR ever again going forward after the TERRIBLE warranty/customer service I've received over the past months regarding getting a replacement rim.
I apologize for the autofocus, new lens trying to get the hang of it.
I highly encourage Giant or Giant Canada to reach out to me and at this point explain to me how a solution that was agreed upon on September 2nd (getting a different brand rear rim in similar specs) takes 2 months of no communication from the bike shop that they told me was already arranged? At this point to offer the same solution only after calling the shop and Giant Canada's nonstop 2 months later in November is such poor customer service when I've been trying to get this solved since August. The least they could do is upgrade my rims as they have done to others who had the same problem...But they won't... shocking!
