I built a Rolling Grip Implement, and tried a bit of training with it, probably gonna make it a weekly addition. Just an adaptation of regular 7/3 repeaters that are pretty common with hangboard training. This was the last set. I'd love to get to the point that I can hang one-handed from this tool, but that will likely be a ways off. This weight was 75lbs, with my max being about 105lbs at the moment.
