The question of why can't Obama get prosecuted? Well, he can't because they went through a proper legal process.
And so the answer about whether a president can get prosecuted could be:
not if they go through a proper legal process. If they don't go through a proper legal process, or he just, he just freelances, then yeah, he can be prosecuted.
That might be the answer. If that's the answer, I think that's a reasonable answer. But it's important for the Supreme Court to arrive at that answer.
So that, so that's a good example there.
