After the attack on the media space in Belarus, the authorities have intensified repression against non-governmental and human rights organizations. On July 14, another series of raids occurred across Belarus, resulting in the detention of human rights specialists and activists and the confiscation of equipment. Targeted organizations include the Belarusian Association of Journalists, the Human Rights Centre Viasna, the Belarusian Helsinki Committee, Human Constanta, Lawtrend, the Office for European Expertise and Communication and at least twelve others.
