Ariana Resources PLC (AIM:AAU) managing director Kerim Sener speaks with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about significant advancements across the company's key projects. The Dokwe Gold Project in Zimbabwe has shown promising exploration results, including the discovery of a vein system at the Maboe prospect with notable silver anomalies. Sener highlighted the potential economic impact of silver enrichment in the region.
Discussing feasibility progress, he confirmed funding secured from Riverfort Capital enables Ariana to advance towards a new resource estimate and reserve for Dokwe North and Central, as well as commence further feasibility studies.
Moving to Türkiye, Sener detailed accelerated construction at the Tavsan mine, where operations are set to start early next year, complementing ongoing activities at Kiziltepe. Collectively, these operations aim to sustain an annual production rate of 30,000 ounces of gold. Additionally, drilling at Salinbas Gold Project continues, with results expected in Q1 2024.
Quoting Sener: “We’re continuing to build out opportunities to ensure simultaneous operation of Tavsan and Kiziltepe.”
