If your screen has the following issues then this method will work:
+ Horizontal lines or vertical lines when its cold, back to normal after a few minutes
+ Horizontal lines or vertical lines at high refesh rate like 144hz or higher, back to normal when the refresh rate is 60hz or lower.
This method cannot be permanently repaired, the condition will get worse every day, and one day it will no longer be possible to fix it.
