Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Counteract single six ounce bag of tire balancing beads. Now, these counteract balancing beads are an economical way to balance your tire and wheel assembly for the lifetime of the tire. And these beads are designed to install inside your tire. I wanna zoom in and show you the bag you'll receive. It includes the, when you get this bag, what you'll do is tear the top off and you'll be able to access it.

And then on the inside, let me just dump out what you'll get. You'll get the six ounce bag of balancing beads. You'll get this vortex valve core, and then you'll get this self-sealing valve cap. Now these beads are made of coated glass spheres. The balancing beads will not cause damage to the inner liner of your tire, and they will clump regardless of excess moisture.

And they are TPMS compatible. They are environmentally friendly construction. They are reusable and recyclable, but basically how these counteract beads tire balancing work, let me just zoom in to show you. Basically, if you look at that insert there, you'll see that once your tire begins to roll, the bag will break open and the beads will get distributed around its interior, thanks to centrifugal force. And as that wheel continues to spin, the heavy spot on your unbalanced tire will pull up and down on your vehicle suspension.

And this will cause the beads to shift in the opposite direction of that pull. The beads will continue to migrate until you'll see that there's enough of them on the opposite side of the heavy spot of the tire to balance out that tire. These balancing beads continuously and automatically readjust the balance of your trailer, truck or off-road tire. It'll reduce vibration and ensures even ware to increase life for your tire, helps even improve the fuel economy. Now they are a very easy installation.

Basically you'll just throw this bag here into the tire. When it's removed from the wheel, or inject beads into the valve stem. The beads will remain inside the tire. They don't come loose to contaminate the environment and they'll not cause any damage to your wheels. Now, one note I do wanna mention, if you're tired does have internal TPMS sensors, you will need to break down the tire to install these beads. Application for this six ounce bag here, is 15 inch to 16 inch trailer tires, 15 inch to 22 inch truck tires and 15 inch to 16 1/2 inch off-road tires. But what you'll wanna do is to order the correct amount of beads for your application. What you wanna do is get the size of the tire from the sidewall of your trailer or your vehicle, and then match it to the tire sizes that are listed on the product page for that size bag of beads. This is a six ounce bag and on the product page it'll list the sizes that fits on. They do make it in other sizes, four ounce, eight ounce, all the way up to about 20 ounce bags, and it'll list on each product page, what tires they fit on. Now, in order to reduce the possibility of valve leaks, they do include this counteract valve core right here, and this metal valve cap. And they all recommend it in place of the original valve core and cap. And they are included in every bag of the counteract beads. As we mentioned, these beads are TPMS compatible.
