This is how to get pumpkin grenades and the plans / ingredients to make them. You should unlock the plan the first time you do the quest, but you'll have to do the daily to get the Radioactive Pumpkin Seeds required to craft them. You get ten each time you do the mission, and it takes one to craft a grenade.
