beef stir fry in black pepper sauce - black pepper beef recipe

This is one of my favourite recipes and I love to make it when ever I can.

I would love for you to give it a go.

All you will need is -

Light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
oyster sauce
sesame oil
Cooking rice wine ( super market, Asian market or internet )
black pepper corns ( crushed in pestle and mortar )
corn flour
garlic
ginger
water
veggies - I use carrot, onion, red pepper, and spring green onions
rice or noodles to serve
A large rump or sirloin steak ( choice is yours but any good quality steak will work ).
and that is it.
