The Kenyan Supreme Court has nullified the August Presidential election in which the Incumbent Uhuru Kenyatta was declared winner. Annulling the election, Supreme Court judges by a majority decision of 4 to 2 declared the election null and also faulted the IEBC, the electoral body for irregularities and illegalities
