This Is how I made a Philly cheesesteak quesadilla on the Blackstone griddle. Simply amazing blackstone Griddle recipe! And the meal cooks up really fast and is ready to eat within 10 minutes. I could have got the pre-cut thin sliced meet but I wanted to cut my own from ribeye and it came out great. I put 2-1 pound ribeye steaks in the freezer for about one hour and then trimmed off the thick hard fat and cut into thin slices. The veggies are a piece of cake you’ve seen me do it 1000 times just fried up with oil and they always come out amazing. After the meat and veggies cooked up I seasoned with salt, pepper, ground mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Warm up a large burrito tortilla and put the cheese on the bottom the meat and veggies on top of that and then more cheese on top of that and top it off with the other tortilla.
