While our instructors were preparing the big abseiling, some cheeky fellows of the MS Teeside were using the time to discover the Bowderstone. It is a big mystic looking rock balancing only on one edge.
You can spend a nice couple of days in this ambience in our cosy Bowderstone Bunkhouse near Keswick. Up to 12 people can stay there over night and explore the area in the Lake District.
