New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): President Ramnath Kovind met Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in the national capital on Wednesday. Nguyen Xuan Phuc is among the 10 leaders, who will attend ASEAN-Indian Commemorative Summit 2018. The Vietnamese PM and his wife were received by Indian delegates at the Palam Airport today morning.
