Syria: sarin gas was used, says John Kerry

The US secretary of state, John Kerry, says tests have shown sarin gas was used in Syrian chemical weapons attacks. It comes 11 days after video emerged showing Syrian civilians with symptoms consistent with the effects of chemical gas.
