The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 631 new cases of covid-19, taking the country's total number of confirmed cases to 193,644.
Lagos recorded the highest number of new cases with 172 new infections followed by Oyo with 93 while Rivers recorded 72.
So far, 179,294 people have been discharged while 2,488 people have died from covid-19 complications.
