Is Halloween celebrated in Panama? No, not really. I mean, there may be a few events here or there, mainly for expats, but you aren't going to see hordes of Panamanian kids running around in scary costumes knocking on doors for candy! I have to admit, I am a full-fledged Halloweenie! I LOVE IT! So I decided to ask Papsy if anything spooky and creepy goes on in Panama. The answer is OH YES! This might be my favorite video so far- sitting down with Papsy and talking ghost stories!
