Congress Peanuts( spiced up peanuts)
This type of spicy peanuts are exclusive to Bangalore in India. While they are available everywhere in Bangalore, since I was a child we have been buying this supremely tasty spice coated peanuts from a specific store in Bangalore called “Srinivasa Bakery”who has the city’s best tasting Congress peanuts (my opinion) . I found the recipe for their spicy peanuts few years back and can confidently say it comes very close in taste.
