Suzuki is rumored preparing the latest generation of its flagship supermoto motorbike, the DR Z650 SM, This rumor got louder after the circulation of rendering images from designer Kar Lee.
The rendering image shows that the latest version of the DR Z650 SM will have a V-Twin engine with a capacity of 645 cc, This engine is claimed to produce greater power and stronger torque than the parallel twin engine
This machine is capable of producing around 75 horsepower and 64 Nm of torque.
The use of a V-Twin engine on the DR Z650 SM is quite a bold step from Suzuki. The reason is, V-Twin engines are usually more expensive and heavier than parallel twin engines.
