My fresh Salmon Carpaccio Recipe:
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
1/2 pound (225 g) fresh salmon fillet
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon capers, chopped
1 shallot, thinly chopped
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice (you can add more if you like)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Begin by slicing the fresh salmon fillet thinly. You want it to be thin for the carpaccio.
Arrange the sliced salmon on a serving plate in a single layer, slightly overlapping each slice.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes, capers, and thinly chopped shallot, chopped chives over the salmon slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the salmon carpaccio immediately and enjoy!
