My sour cream and onion chicken, a simple and easy, tender and juicy, low carb chicken recipe. This flavor combination is popular with snacks, but in my opinion, it’s an incredible flavoring for chicken as well. It’s a very simple recipe that won’t take long to make.

Ingredients:
1.5 lb. chicken tenders
oil (for oiling pan) [ Ссылка ]
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs onion powder [ Ссылка ]
1/4 tsp salt
Coating:
1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese [ Ссылка ]
2 Tbs onion powder [ Ссылка ]
2 Tbs dried minced onion [ Ссылка ]
2 Tbs dried chives [ Ссылка ]
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly oil an oven proof dish or pan. Set aside.
3. Add coating ingredients to a separate dish and mix thoroughly.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together heavy cream, onion powder, salt and vinegar. Let rest for 5 minutes.
5. Add chicken to the bowl and coat the chicken completely.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour.
7. Remove chicken from marinade and dip/dredge chicken in the coating mix.
8. Place coated chicken in the baking dish.
9. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. (Time may vary with thickness of chicken).
10. Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 2-4 minutes until lightly browned.
