This ripped chest workout using resistance band is one of the best chest workout I’ve done at home. The lines in my chest are shredded and this short video shows it. The great thing about this chest workout is you don’t need any handles attached. With resistance band all you have to do is four sets of 8-10 reps resting 30 seconds between each chest exercise.
