The easiest way to change your name on PayPal for a business account is by using paypal.com on your iPhone or Android.

Go to settings on PayPal and click profile settings. Then, click on personal information. Click change under the name tab.

You have four different choices for changing your name on PayPal. You can change your personal information or your business name.

Some of these will require additional documentation which you need to submit to PayPal before you can change your name on a business account.
