After four days of research. forums, wiring diagrams, etc. I have finally found out how to override a stock Bose amp
This particular video I'm doing is a 2007 Nissan Murano with a stock Bose sound system. Not only was I able to override the amp, I'm also still using it.

All it took was one wire set in the right spot and you to can use your stock Bose amplifier
