Soilmec SR-65 in Bored Pile Method
The SR-65 is a Soilmec base Multipurpose Piling Rig that has an overall weight of 75 tons and it’s very easy to transport and assemble. With the self-mounting counterweight system, there is no need for any service crane on the site. As for transport, it can be transported in under 3 m width and 14 m length.

Equipped with a Deutz Engine capable of 402 HP @ 1900 rpm, the rig can be converted in different technologies such as: Bored Pile, Low Head Room, Continuous Flight Auger, Displacement Pile, as well as Diaphragm Wall.

In Kelly Bar mode for example, the rig can perform a 60 meters deep pile at a maximum diameter of 2500 mm under the mast.

Kelly Bar or Bored Pile can also be performed with this rig in Low Head Room version, if there are height limitations.

In CFA, the rig can reach a total depth of 19.5 m plus another 6 meters of extension if the soil permits.

The interesting thing about this rig is the fact that it was the first Soilmec Model ending in “5” that started the new generation of Soilmec machines.
