The most insane splash damage of all time. I have never used this build and it's the craziest Tsar build of all time. The tsar have always been mediocre with massive potential. But this is completely insane. 1 shot can destroy just about any robot and deal massive damage to titans. The splash is so large that players can barely hide behind cover. Monster Splash 💥
