Reinis Znotins, Executive Director of The Latvian Blockchain Association (LBAA)
Reinis brings over 10 years of startup experience, having served in roles ranging from employee to founder and investor. Additionally, he spent 4+ years as a Member of Parliament at the Parliament of Latvia, while also holding the position of Parliamentary Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia.
As a co-founder of NGOs "Ar Pasaules Pieredzi Latvija" and "Your Move," Reinis has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to social impact. Currently serving as the Executive Director at The Latvian Blockchain Association for the past 1.5 years, he has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enabling fintech and cryptocurrency companies to navigate regulatory challenges. This includes facilitating bank account openings, reserve maintenance, and access to the SEPA payments system in collaboration with the Bank of Latvia.
He has also been instrumental in promoting the use of cryptocurrencies for paying base capital and taxes, enhancing financial flexibility and fostering innovation. Reinis firmly believes in the pivotal role of nurturing the growth of the Web3-related business community in Latvia and the Baltic states.

Sander Gansen, Co-Founder of Perxify & BananaCorp
Sander's primary focus these days goes into building Perxify, a modular loyalty platform aimed at boosting brand revenues. With Perxify, Sander and his team are providing new-age clients with better tools to communicate with their favourite brands, utilising the latest technologies to create opportunities that didn't exist before.
He is also the co-founder and CEO of BananaCorp, a media company that organises Future of Internet events around the globe, intending to help corporations understand the latest innovations and find relevant paths to implement those concepts. Their main event is BananaConf Tallinn, the biggest web3 event in Nordics & Baltics, whilst they also host the web3 x [Industry] event series and various side events for other conferences.
In addition to this, Sander is also a board member for the Estonian Web3 Chamber, Nordic Blockchain Association, and European Web3 Organization, at all of which his main focus is improving communication between government representatives and Web3 organisations and connecting Web3 builders.
Sander has been a Bored Ape Yacht Club member since May 2021.
