Alright so ego lifting has become increasingly popular nowadays, thanks to a few specific creators, however since I have always been one to preach proper technique, I feel it is my duty to just come on here and say be careful out there folks. Think of ego lifting as talking to women. Never do it. It is scary, potentially dangerous, and extremely risky. Not to mention, one thing leads to another and next thing you know your entire life is in shambles and you're strapped in a wheelchair drinking water from a tube just because your lower back couldn’t handle that much weight. Remember folks it is not about the weight, it is about proper technique. And yes, going to a nice bar with your four wheels and picking up the first thing you see is always fun and dandy, but it needs to be done properly and preferably sober. Otherwise you will live a life full of regret, like my ol pal Kristian... he doesn’t lift, but now he has 3 kids. So to prevent that, don’t just go balls to the wall immediately, instead always control the way down, really feeling your muscle fibers stretch apart at the bottom creating a huge sensation in the target muscle, pause for about 1-2 seconds to dissipate any momentum, and then finally explode. And always make sure to wear your protection, because if you’re gonna go in raw, you’ll probably end up a grandpa.
