Anglican priest Rev Isaac Mwesigwa, who was allegedly kidnapped on Sunday, has been found in Soroti District.
Mwesigwa still maintains he was kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
However, according to police Rev Mwesigwa is to be subjected to a mental check-up, as an investigation into his kidnap continues.
