Pattern-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chain (ch) the width of your scarf, making sure the number of chains is an even number
Row 1: Ch 3, 1 half double crochet (hdc) into 5th ch from hook. ** Ch 1, 1 hdc into 2nd ch from hook ** Repeat pattern within ** until the end of the chain. The last hdc should be in the last ch.
Row 2: Ch 3, 1 hdc into first hole. ** Ch 1, 1 hdc into next hole ** Repeat pattern within ** until the end of the row.
Row 3+: Repeat Row 2
