1 PACKAGE OF BRATS (YOU CHOOSE WHAT BRAND NAME & WHAT FLAVOR YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE)
FRENCH'S YELLOW MUSTARD
MEMPHIS MAGIC DUST (OUR HOMEMADE BBQ SEASONING)
SQUIRT SOME MUSTARD ONTO BRATS THAT YOU HAVE PLACED ONTO A 9X13 INCH BAKING DISH. SPREAD MUSTARD EVENLY ALL OVER THE BRATS. THEN WE WILL SPRINKLE SOME OF THAT HOMEMADE MEMPHIS MAGIC DUST WE MADE ALL OVER THE BRATS. PLACE THE BRATS INSIDE A HOT 250 F DEGREE HOT OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES. THEN TURN BRATS OVER & BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN & SLICE BRATS INTO THIN COIN PIECES.
BRATS SAUCE:
1 C BBQ SAUCE (YOUR CHOICE OF WHAT KIND TO USE) I USED THE CANNED UP VERSION OF THE ~PAW PAWS BYWATER BBQ SAUCE~ FROM MY PANTRY SHELF. ALSO CUT UP 1/4 C BUTTER INTO CUBES. PUT ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL & MIX WELL. PUT INTO THE MICROWAVE & COOK UNTIL THE BUTTER IS ALL MELTED. NOW ITS TIME TO COVER THOSE CUT COINS OF BRAT MEAT WITH THE BRAT SAUCE. PUT INTO 350 F DEGREE OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES. ENJOY!!!
