Ingredients:-
For the Dal :-
125 gms split pigeon peas
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Boil the peas till 3/4 done & seperate its stock
For Mutton Palida :-
1/2 kg mutton bone on (washed)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Little water to pressure cook for 20 minutes on slow flame after the whistle
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
7 large cloves of garlic chopped
6 green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 medium onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1 tsp coriander powder heaped
1 tsp turmeric powder heaped
5 tbsp gram flour heaped
Add the pigeon pea stock
Salt to taste
1 medium bottle gourd cubed
1/4 kg drumsticks
15 Garcinia Indica (Kokum)
For seasoning- 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp red chilli powder
For the rice :-
1/2 kg Basmati rice
Salt to taste
Cook the rice
Add 3 tsp pure margarine (ghee)
