Mini chicken pot pies reconstructed using Epicure products. Made the Homestyle chicken stew minus the potatoes, and Quick Biscuits with herb and garlic and cheese for the base. Delicious, nutritious and gluten free.
I did use only half of the Quick Biscuit mix for the base and the other half was used to make Summer Berry Peach scones.
