In this video I explain an easy way how to hands free equalize. It’s a good skill for any diver as it allows you to have your hands free all the time. Equalization is important when you descend and you can do it different ways. On the courses for beginners we always teach the most popular way how to equalize your ears by closing your nose through the mask. More advanced divers can learn my technique of hands free equalization and get all the advantages of it.
As for me, I got interested how to hands free equalize almost in the very beginning of my diving experience, I really wanted to find a way to learn it but didn’t find any proper explanation in books or on internet. Now I am glad to share my knowledge with you.
