The NCB has asked for custody of Aryan Khan and two others till October 5.
In its statement, the NCB said that even as the offences are bailable there have been cases where custody is granted.
"All the chats have been recovered from the phone and WhatsApp chat reveals a lot of conversation with drug peddlers. Therefore, we are asking for a minimum of two days of police custody," said officials.
