You do not need Wig B. If you don't have it, get good at slicing the rocks fast - you get a fuel boost after each one.

It's also more difficult to get the 100 hit combo, because you need to ration your fuel and use blade mode in real time (rather than slowed time). So you need to survive longer and hope he doesn't do anything to break your combo. Hit him normally to build up fuel.

You can also use blade mode without fuel. It might be harder to dodge attacks in between.

When he heals he staggers a lot afterwards, so this is a good opportunity - but he might throw rocks. Or you could go for the other criteria - time / BP!
