The biggest lie on any job application is the words: "An Equal Opportunity Employer". If an employer REFUSES to hire a qualified person with even a minor disability, then that employer IS NOT an equal opportunity employer and HAS NO RIGHT to claim to be an equal opportunity employer. That particular company is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY DISCRIMINATOR.
