When I was taking medical gross anatomy, I couldn't find a good video that included the lumbar and sacral plexus. I decided that I would combine what I learned and that I would make this video. I hope it's not too boring, but I hope it helps in drawing the lumbosacral plexus. I made one mistake at around 5:10 in the video: It should be the "Common Fibular component of the Sciatic Nerve". Repetition is key to remembering this plexus. This video is based off of Gray's Anatomy 40th Edition textbook with the nerves and innervations. There may be diverse variation in the nerves and levels, but this video was made based on that textbook. I hope this helps in your studying! Good luck!
