Since this is a used container, we needed to refurbish the rusted areas before we stack it on the 3rd level of our container house. We used the wet sandblasting siphon from @Northern_Tool , and the 4400 PSI pressure washer from @harborfreight to remove the heavily rusted areas, and then we painted with the first layer of marine grade paint.
