Kuzhi paniyaram:-
Pacharisi (raw rice)- 200 grams
Puzhungal arisi ( par boiled rice) - 600 grams
Ulundhu (urad dal) - 105 grams
Javvarisi ( tapioca pearls) - 2 tablespoon
Vendhayam ( fenugreek) - 1 teaspoon
Sweet paniyaram:-
