Mrs. Wallace fell in a Wal-Mart store and was injured. She alleged she stepped on a grape and that Wal-Mart knew or should have known of the hazard. Wal-Mart moved for summary judgment, arguing there was no evidence to support the plaintiffs' claim. The court agreed and granted Wal-Mart's motion for summary judgment. The most relevant fact to the court's analysis is Wal-Mart's knowledge of the hazard.
