Pad Thai Sauce - 3 Ingredients Only and Vegan Friendly 🌿
Pad Thai Sauce has a thick consistency and a strong taste. It's rich in flavour; sweet, sour and a bit salty. Originally it contains fish sauce and some recipes may have dried shrimps as well. But today I will show you how to make it vegan with 3 ingredients only.

You need:
Palm sugar 120 g
Soy sauce 65 g
Tamarind paste 85 g
Melt palm sugar in a saucepan then add soy sauce and stir for about 5 mins. Add tamarind paste and stir for another 5 mins. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. You will then get the thick consistency. It can be kept in a fridge for about one month. That's it! Very quick and easy! Before using it next time, just leave it at room temperature for about half an hour or warm it up in a microwave.
