I personally believe using weightlifting straps is a staple in any intermediate to advanced lifters routine.
You are going to be able to massively increase the amount of weight you are lifting for specific exercises when using weightlifting wrist straps.
Those exercises we chat about in the video - they are mainly what we call "pulling" exercises.
If anyone tells you that weightlifting wrist straps are BS or if they are "cheating", just laugh at them and keep it moving.
