Learn how to recover your Twitter account without access to your email or phone number in this quick and easy guide.

Twitter gives you a few different options to login but you will need your password to login directly. If you forgot your password, the first step is to try to get access to the email address or phone number you used to initially sign up for an account. If need be, go to the old account and reset that password so you can login and get the verification code when it's sent to you.

If you don't have access at all to your email or number you used to sign up for Twitter, I walk you through the next steps in this video. You'll want to go to Twitter support and file a support ticket with them. In that message, you'll want to be as detailed as possible about your old email and number and what happened to it. Hopefully, Twitter support will then help you reset your password. However, you will need to provide some information to prove that the account is actually your own so they can make sure you're not trying to hack into someone else's account. This trick works on both iPhone iOS and Android.
