The Army has found elements of negligence in the incident involving an armoured vehicle transporter at the Kuala Lumpur-Karak highway on Nov 8.
Army chief General Tan Sri Muhammad Hafizuddeain Jantan said the recently concluded inquiry by the investigation board identified elements of negligence involving the speed limit of the transporter.
As such, Hafizuddeain said, the army will not compromise on any act of negligence by anyone, whether it involves the driver or the convoy supervisor.
