INGREDIENTS:
14" or longer Bamboo or Banana Leaf
Twine
1 LB Cubed Pork Belly
*Season Pork Belly with the following:
1 Cup Shallots
8 Halves of Shiitake Mushroom
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Rice Wine
1 TBSP Sugar
1 LB of Ground Pork Butt
*Use the following to season the Pork Butt:
1/2 Cup diced Pickled Turnip
1 Cup sliced Shallots
1/4 Cup dried Shrimp Skin
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Sugar
For dessert Zongzi, fill with Red Bean Paste
